Electrosmog?! No need to panic.

Woman pondering while touching her hair, symbolising awareness of electromagnetic fields and protection against EMF exposure.

Electrosmog does exist, but we shouldn't drive ourselves crazy. Fear is the worst advisor there is.

Fear of a supposed health hazard is often more dangerous than the hazard itself.

Electrosmog is a fundamental topic, but one should not see things worse than they are. However, one should not trivialise or relativise them either. It is important to recognise the actual, possible and concrete effects and act consciously accordingly.

Quo vadis, radiation?!

The radiation generated by humans is initially invisible to us. That is to say: humans do not have a sensory organ that is directly designed to perceive artificially generated electromagnetic radiation.

Our eyes perceive sunlight and many other things, our ears hear within a certain frequency range, we perceive acoustic signals. But our senses are not designed to detect human-made wave patterns. These patterns must be made visible or audible through additional technical devices.

Those who are older know this

Like with television in the past: the signal was transmitted through the air, but it required an antenna on the roof and a television set to make these wave patterns visible.

None of us can see the radiation emitted by a 5G tower, a transmitter on a rooftop, a mobile phone, a navigation system, or even our household appliances. We don't see it, and therefore, for some people, it doesn't exist. Others are aware that a significant amount of radiation exists, but they doubt its impact on us. Foolish.

An example from medicine

Because I don't see X-ray radiation either, I don't feel it, I don't hear it. But you can still see the result of this radiation on an X-ray image, and we have to wear a lead shield on the body parts that are not to be X-rayed.

Of course: X-ray radiation is strong, and I only expose myself to it briefly, but: the radiation emitted by our everyday helpers is constantly present. And it is getting stronger and stronger due to ever higher power and more and more devices around you.

We are limited.

Our body is inherently only set to perceive a certain range.

Research says we perceive so many bits (units of information) per second:

  • Eyes: 10,000,000
  • Skin: 1,000,000
  • Ears: 100,000
  • Smell: 100,000
  • Taste: 1,000

But only 40 bits per second are actively perceived in consciousness! Unbelievably little of what happens is even conscious to us. And even what we all unconsciously absorb is only a small part of what there is to grasp!

Consider how much better dogs smell, that cats can see at night and bats practically orient themselves with sonar. Or also all birds hook into the Earth's magnetic field and orient themselves better than we can ever comprehend. For that, humans have other, unique abilities.

It is important to acknowledge and appreciate these differences and also to realise that we do not perceive everything that affects us. Therefore, it is all the more important to develop an awareness of not knowing or perceiving everything and to compensate for what is missing with sensible aids.

Constant exposure wears down the mind.

Since our body organises and controls itself with electrical and magnetic fields, currents, and signals, we should enable it to perform these essential tasks for our lives as undisturbed and naturally as possible.

However, the radiation from technology, which is not directly perceptible, is not always biologically optimal. Quite the opposite: most electromagnetic fields generated by our technology are a burden on the body.

Now, ask yourself two questions:

  • How many technological devices are around me all day? Because all these devices generate electromagnetic fields.
  • How much exposure can a person realistically tolerate?

A thought experiment

Imagine, every technological device would place a weight of 100 grams on your shoulders.

So, consider how many devices are around you. You are exposed to the radiation from other people's mobile phones as well as your own. If every mobile phone were to burden you with weight: how much extra weight are you carrying around?

Can you imagine that you would then become tired and sluggish? And that one body might give in faster than another? That someone complains of headaches and limb pain, but you do not yet?

People have different levels of resilience, and the question is not whether we are surrounded by too much biologically negative radiation, but what you can realistically and sensibly do to ensure that your body (and your animals, plants, etc.) remains unburdened.

Technology > Nature

Now imagine the following:

What if the technological fields interfere with the natural fields of your body, with which it regulates itself and, for example, manages processes like your metabolism (weight loss)?! The technological fields are much stronger than the electromagnetic fields your body needs and uses. Sleep Hunger for the right signals

You can think of it a bit like eating: when your body functions normally, it gives you a signal when it is hungry. You notice real hunger because it is felt physically directly under the breastbone and not further down in the stomach.

You can think of it a bit like eating: if your body is functioning normally, it signals to you when it is hungry. Real hunger is noticeable because it is physically felt directly under the breastbone and not further down in the stomach. And with real hunger, you would eat almost anything rather than being picky. That is hunger.

But if the signals are not received correctly, you eat all sorts of things, are picky, and eat more than you need or your body actually wants. The signals from your body are drowned out by flavour enhancers, artificial colours, fat, and sugar, which interfere with the body in such a way that it wants more.

And then you no longer listen to your body, but to the signal that overlays the natural function. That this is not healthy in the long run is evident in the case of overeating.

And then you no longer listen to your body but to the signal that overrides the natural function. That this is not healthy in the long run is evident in eating by the presence of obesity. And with other bodily functions, it may be that we are confused, unable to use our strength optimally, do not sleep well, and are generally easily irritated, among many other examples.

There are many ways to take action for personal protection and well-being. Many are presented here on the blog at various points.

The most important things are:

First of all, do not panic, because the fear of danger is often more harmful than the actual danger itself.

  • Ask yourself if and what radiation exposures are present at home or nearby. Radio masts, antennas, high-voltage lines, railway tracks, Wi-Fi, mobile phones, etc.
  • How many devices are around you. In a block of flats, there are immensely more devices in the immediate vicinity.
  • Ask yourself if and what complaints you currently have and how severe they are and whether they become stronger during the day (e.g., in the office, at work) or weaker (e.g., alone outside in nature).
  • Ask yourself if you are willing to at least try sensible harmonisation products to see what might change.
  • Pay attention to your diet.
  • Try the products from
  • Pen-Yang® and gather your own experiences with them. It's about smart meters, smart grids, and smart homes. The smart meter is essentially an electricity meter that constantly sends and receives data. It is versatile and can record current consumption, take tariff changes into account, and possibly also enable temperature control via an app. However, since it constantly transmits, it also contributes to the constant exposure to electromagnetic radiation. According to emsafetynetwork.org, the radiation from a smart meter can contribute to the development of the following complaints: From the EMF Safety Network Survey 2011, Symptoms after Exposure to Smart Meter Radiation by Dr. Ron Powell https://emfsafetynetwork.org/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/Symptoms-after-Exposure-to-Smart-Meter-Radiation.pdf Our solution: a ...
