Are there maintenance costs?
No, the system is completely maintenance-free.
Does the energy of the water treatment system discharge?
No. Typically, even with long-term use of the system, no loss of quality is noticeable. If the Water Impulse Generator has been used improperly and, for example, has been in contact with strong magnetic fields for an extended period, the system can be reprogrammed at a low cost.
What should be considered during installation?
The house system can be conveniently installed by yourself in just a few minutes without assistance. It is important that the pipe with the sticker is inserted into the part of the clamp that also has a sticker or symbol.
Additionally, the system should be at least 1 metre away from the grounding connection on the main water line.
The system can be installed outdoors, but indoor installation is recommended to increase the longevity of the pipes.
The impulse generator for the single tap can be attached to any tap or hose. It is important to ensure that the arrow on the device points towards the tap or the outlet of the tap.
In any case, the devices should be kept away from strong magnetic fields to avoid affecting the programming.
If the Pen-Yang® system is used in combination with a filter or similar, the Pen-Yang® system should be the final stage of treatment. Other systems should only be used beforehand.
Can I take the device with me when travelling?
Yes. The system for the single tap is recommended as it is easy and straightforward to handle, and the effect can be demonstrated immediately.
When does the system's effect begin?
Immediately. However, water already in the pipes must be used first.
All water that flows past the Through-Flow Impulse Generator is immediately treated in the Pen-Yang® System and possesses the laboratory-tested properties.
Regarding the mode of action: flowing water in the pipe generates an electromagnetic field, the pipe acts as a hollow antenna and resonates with the attached rods. Thus, information transfer occurs.
Please note: different tap waters offer an individual starting point. However, according to tests over the past decades, a noticeable improvement in quality is always achieved.
How do I determine the diameter of my water pipe?
