It is a bifilar antenna and harmonises the left polarisation of the power grid. The change in polarisation is transmitted via the grounding conductor. Without electricity consumption, as the two plug contacts, neutral and phase, are only there to hold it in the socket.

Der Stecker wird in einem aufwendigen Verfahren programmiert und speichert bestimmte radiästhetisch erprobte Informationsmuster. Diese werden an das Stromleitungsnetz abgegeben, wenn er eingesteckt ist. Wird der Stecker geöffnet, wird die Antennenwirkung beeinträchtigt und zerstört.
