Questions about the water jug
Is the jug dishwasher safe?
No, as it is not glazed on the underside, it should not go in the dishwasher or sink. Please simply wipe and polish directly with clear water and a cloth.
Does the jug's programming get lost?
Usually not. Unless the jug is exposed to strong magnetic fields. And if a piece breaks off (e.g., due to a hard knock against other materials), the oscillating circuit necessary for energy flow is destroyed. In this case, the jug can no longer transmit information.
Can I use gemstones with the jug at the same time?
Although some people like to use stones like rock crystal for water treatment, they should not be used in the jug. The water is already perfectly balanced and can then, if necessary, be transferred to a vessel where stones can also be used. We exclude rose quartz, which can be unpleasantly excited by Wi-Fi and 5G radiation and thus not only emits positive energy. Rose quartz should also not be in direct proximity to Pen-Yang® items.
