The effects of radiation on the body through technology are often laughed at. During an X-ray, all body parts that are not to be illuminated are protected with lead because the potential health burden of X-ray radiation is known.
But our everyday helpers also emit radiation: mobile phones, Wi-Fi, game consoles, smart meters, screens, baby monitors, and many other devices. The radiation is much weaker, but even with weak radiation, the question remains: how much is too much?
In medicine, Paracelsus's adage applies: "The dose makes the poison." Since in our everyday life not only one radiating device is present, but everyone has at least one mobile phone and many other technical devices: has the dose already been reached where it is no longer tolerable?

Once you have developed an awareness of potential burdens from radiation, the question remains: how should you address it, and whom can you trust?
